Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms of Use govern access to the Eluna Works booking platform, including the admin portal used by med spas, wellness businesses, and authorized staff to manage schedules, appointments, and related patient communications.

By signing in, continuing with Google or Apple, or otherwise using this booking app, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.

Authorized Use

You may use the platform only for legitimate business operations, appointment management, patient communication, and related internal workflow needs. You must not use the platform to interfere with service availability, access data without permission, or operate outside the permissions assigned to your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, one-time links, and MFA device access. You must promptly notify your business owner or Eluna Works if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Patient and Appointment Data

The platform may store patient contact details, appointment records, intake responses, schedule changes, and operational notes needed to run the booking experience. You agree to use this information only for patient care, appointment handling, and legitimate business operations.

You must not export, copy, or share patient information except as needed for authorized business use or as required by law.

Communications

The platform may send appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule requests, setup links, and security notices by email or other supported channels on behalf of your business. You are responsible for ensuring those communications are used appropriately and only for authorized patient interactions.

Availability and Changes

Eluna Works may update, improve, or adjust the platform from time to time. We may also limit or suspend access where necessary for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, or contractual reasons.

Termination

Access may be removed if your business relationship ends, your role no longer requires access, or the platform is used in a way that violates these terms or creates security or privacy risk.
